Can I change my shipping address after I have placed an order?
Part of ensuring quick delivery is that we work very quickly getting orders shipped as soon as we have received them. Once an order has been placed, we aren’t always able to change or modify its address.
If you need to change your address for any reason, contact us as soon as possible using this form.
Don't forget to check your address details in your account for your next order!
Note: If you send us a request to change your address outside of our normal business hours, when our customer service agents are offline, we likely will be unable to change your address. Additionally, if your order has already shipped, we cannot change the address. You will need to contact the mail carrier to see if an address change is possible. Sometimes, changes are not possible once a package is in transit.
