How do I make changes to or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, we are not able to change its contents; but we might be able to cancel it if you get in touch quickly.
If you need to change or cancel your order for any reason, contact us as soon as possible using this form.
Be sure to include your order ID (US/EU/UK12345678), let us know what needs to happen, and we’ll try our absolute best to make things happen. We will reply to your request as soon as possible, during normal business hours.
Please remember that once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change anything. Part of ensuring quick delivery is that once we receive an order, we start working very quickly to get it sent out—so we have an incredibly short window of time to make any modifications to an order. If you send us a request to change or cancel your order outside of our normal business hours or when our support team agents are offline, it is not likely that we will be able to change or cancel the order.
