How do I return or exchange a gift?

In order to complete a return or exchange on a gift, we will need to locate the original invoice, so we can assess the return or exchange. In order to do this, we’ll need to know who the original gift-giver was. Please provide any and all information to help us track down the invoice: full name, email address, order ID, and even dates-of-purchase can be incredibly helpful.
