How do I return or exchange an order?
All returns need to be authorized by the customer support team. They will provide an RMA number and return address which is needed for the return process. Returns without a valid RMA number may not be processed and may delay any replacement or refund.
Returns are handled on an individual basis: you will need to get in touch with ourĀ support teamĀ directly to coordinate your return or exchange. Remember to provide your name, order ID and let us know why the product didnāt work out for you.
