This may be due to an unsecure USB-C connection between the computer and the camera.
First, attempt to retry the connection by removing and re-inserting the USB-C cable from the computer and camera.
If the problem persists, connect a different device in working condition using a different USB cable in working condition through the same computer USB port. If successful, the computer USB port is not the issue.
Next, to identify if the connectivity issue stems from the camera or USB-C cable, connect the camera with your working computer using a different USB-C cable.
If the problem still persists, the connectivity issue is originating from the
camera, and may have suffered internal strain due to water, extreme temperature,
excessive physical force, or another yet-to-be-determined causal factor.
