Will the bricks hold together?

Yes. The pieces are strong ABS plastic that snaps on tight. If one ever breaks, email us and we send a new one free.

Yes. It is made for ages 10 and up, and the steps come one stage at a time. Many families build it together. A few steps are small, so a free brick separator is in the box to undo a wrong piece.

You get all the bricks. You also get step-by-step plans, a labelled bag sheet and a free brick separator.

Maus brick set, the finished Maus on display

Your mission: build a Maus, together.

Orders for two. By campaign's end it sits on his shelf, and you built it.

Full interior. Removable engine.

ENLIST YOURS
A WWII brick diorama of tanks, half-tracks, walls and soldier figures on a wooden table

No gift should retreat halfway.

Pieces that won't fit. A box half built an hour in. A gift meant to bring you together ends with a frustrated kid and no tank.

Maus brick set, the inside of the build, with its panels lifted

Made to be finished, piece by piece.

Every stage has its bag. Every wrong piece has a tool. Every missing piece has a spare.

Three reasons it holds up

  • Maus brick set, a close-up of the build

    Battle-ready bricks

Molded ABS pieces that snap together firmly.

  • Maus brick set, a close-up of the build

    Display size

A big gun on a very big tank.

  • Maus brick set, a close-up of the build

    A big build

2,930 pieces. A big job for a big tank.

The sides wouldnt stay on so i ended up having to glue them as well as the top part of the armor as i have pictures. Build quality left something to be desired but overall it was a cool looking replica

Customer photo review of Maus | 2930 Pieces

Had a great experience with this, although like other's have mentioned there were some small issues I ran into. The small pieces can be very inconsistent (the reverse connect sleeves can sometimes either not fit or fall off very easily). One of the connectors for the fuel tank would not sit flush so I had to manually sand it so it would close correctly. A lot of issues were easily corrected, although the reason I give this 4 instead of 5 stars was two reasons. First, one connector in particular. The Maus turret cheeks connect with with a simple plastic connector. Mine was sadly a defect and had to use duct tape to keep it attached. I'm sure they would easily replace that one part, but I honestly didn't want to wait for one little piece while in middle of building. The second gripe I have is the bad quality roadwheels. This is my biggest complaint. The roadwheel rubbers are extremely hard to stay on, the moment you move your tank forward 2 feet, maybe 6 rubber parts of the road wheels just fall completely off. I'm considering supergluing them all to get rid of this annoying defect but please improve on that particular issue.

Loved the Legos so much. I've been looking for a good alternative to name brand legos but since they don't do military sets I've had a look around and found your guys Legos to be the best price for the quality. Thanks for the Legos :)

Side panels need more attachment points, they come off too easily

Great build some of the turret pieces are a little finicky but other than that and the side armor panels it’s a great build would definitely recommend it
